Description

Apartment Lavender is a ground-floor holiday apartment in Radunica, one of Split's oldest and most authentic residential neighborhoods, just minutes from the heart of the city. With stair-free entry and no upstairs neighbors, it offers a simple, practical, and genuinely comfortable base for couples or small groups of up to three guests.

The apartment sits in a traditional stone house on a quiet residential street, shaded and cool — a welcome relief during the Dalmatian summer. It may not be flooded with light, but what it lacks in brightness it more than makes up for in location, character, and convenience.

Location — everything within walking distance

Radunica's position makes it one of the best-located neighborhoods in Split for visitors. From the front door, Diocletian's Palace and Split's UNESCO-listed Old Town are a 5–10 minute walk. The Riva waterfront promenade is 8 minutes away on foot, Bačvice Beach — the most popular sandy beach in Split — is 8 minutes, and the ferry port with connections to Hvar, Brač, Vis, and Korčula is just 7 minutes. The bus and train station are also 7 minutes away, making Apt Lavender an ideal base for day trips to Trogir, Omiš, or the islands.

A 24-hour bakery, supermarkets, the Green Market, pharmacies, ATMs, and a wide range of restaurants are all within a short walk of the apartment.

The apartment

Approximately 40 m² / 430 ft² across a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. The bedroom features exposed wooden ceiling beams and a queen-size bed that can be split into two singles on request. The living room includes a daybed for a third guest, a dining table and chairs, a smart TV, and a coffee maker. A fully functional kitchenette with two electric burners, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster is suited to breakfasts and simple self-catering meals.

The apartment is air conditioned for both heating and cooling, and comes with fast fiber WiFi, fresh bed linen, and towels.

The neighborhood

Radunica is a traditional residential community where Split families have lived for generations. It is calm, safe, and well-connected — ideal for guests who want the convenience of a central Split location without the noise and bustle of the tourist center. Guests who appreciate a quiet, respectful environment tend to feel very much at home here. The neighborhood is not suited to parties or late-night gatherings.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean, well located, and we loved the little details like the coffee and biscuits. What made it even better was Valeria – she was super kind, welcoming, always there if we needed anything, and gave us great tips to discover Split. Thanks to her, we felt at home right away!

Ottima esperienza! Ho effettuato la prenotazione, quasi all'ultimo momento, la mattina stessa. Valeria mi ha risposto immediatamente, benchè fosse mattina presto, rassicurandomi di poter effettuare il late self check in dopo le ore 21. Attraverso le istruzioni chiare di Valeria ho trovato immediatamente la casa, che si trova in una tranquilla via pedonale, ed il parcheggio a pagamento a pochi passi. La casa è davvero carina e confortevole. Abbiamo potuto visitare il centro storico che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio abbiamo goduto di un soggiorno brevissimo ma perfetto. Grazie Valeria!
