Daily necessities are within reach by a few minutes' walk from the apartment: 24-hour bakery, supermarkets, the Green Market, pharmacies, money exchangers, ATMs, laundry shops, grocery shops, post office, police station and etc.

The apartment is 5-10 minutes away from the historic old town and the most popular beach in Split named Bačvice. So you can explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Diocletian Palace, the Cathedral of St. Dujam and the lively green market, enjoy the special events and performances on the famous seaside promenade of Riva, go for a day trip to the islands like Hvar, Brač or Vis, visit nearby towns of Trogir, Sinj or Omis or indulge in the clear blue sea under the sun.
