The property is clean, well maintained and newly renovated - the location is also amazing being only a couple minute walk from Splits old town. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and Valeria provides a booklet with all the local restaurants and points of interest.

Our host was so helpful and accommodating! It was so nice to have a transfer organised and somewhere to store our bags for the day while we waiting to get into our ferry. Great location to be in between beaches and the town. Supermarket very close. Would return !!

Valeria est venue nous accueillir malgré l'heure tardive et a été très sympathique. L'emplacement de l'appartement est tout proche de la ville, idéal. L'appartement était très propre et le lit confortable. Rien à redire !

Wonderful place to stay and in a great location. Felt very safe and central to attractions. Valeria was lovely and communicated well. She gave us recommendations for places to visit, local supermarkets and restaurants.

Great place to stay. Even more beautiful than on the photos and everything is arranged super practically - there are loads of sockets, lights, even mosquito nets in front of the windows (big plus). Valeria was super nice, let us check in early and gave us recommendations. The location of the apartment is perfect with only a short walk to the palace and ferries, and in a quiet street, so you can sleep undisturbed from the tumult in the old town.

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht. Valeria hat uns persönlich begrüßt und war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat für uns sogar am Sonntag noch Tickets für ein Fußballspiel ausgedruckt und war immer gut erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal – alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Küche der Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar eine Strandtasche, Strandhandtücher etc. Die Wohnung ist sehr clever aufgeteilt. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier wirklich empfehlen.

La posizione è molto comoda a 5 min. sia dalla stazione dei pullman per l'aeroporto, che dal porto e dal centro storico di Spalato. La colazione non è inclusa ma si hanno in camera a disposizione: il bollitore per l'acqua, la nespresso ed il tostapane con alcune cialde per il caffè, del the e del nescafè. Vi è anche il frigo con la birra. Inoltre si possono lasciare i bagagli nella struttura se come nel nostro caso la partenza era di sera. Valeria è stata sempre a nostra disposizione. La zona è molto tranquilla, ci sono 2 piccoli supermercati nelle vicinanze.

Super close to the center, clean and organized. 10/10 would go again next time in split. Moreover, Valerie was super helpful from check in till check out (even helping me extend my stay). Additionally, there were all the items i needed for bathroom which was iconic, didnt have to get anything seperately which saved me alot of time, effort and savings to a certain point

The apartment is compact, neat and tidy with everything we need for a pleasant stay. The host, is extremely friendly and helpful, and willing to share her recommendations about sights to visit and restaurants to enjoy nice meals. Location is perfect for old town, Riva and bus terminal.
