描述

Charming Stone Apartment in Central Split

Stay in a thoughtfully renovated apartment in a 100-year-old Dalmatian stone house in the heart of Split. Updated in 2024, the space combines modern comfort with authentic local character.

Located in the historic neighborhood of Radunica, this cozy ground-floor apartment is ideal for 1–3 guests looking for a comfortable and well-located base—whether for a short visit or a longer stay.

Comfortable, Compact & Fully Equipped

The apartment (approx. 28 m² / 300 ft²) is compact but carefully arranged to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Unlike many apartments of this size, it is fully equipped for everyday living, including a complete kitchen suitable for regular cooking—making it a practical choice for both short stays and extended visits.

Prime Walkable Location

One of the biggest advantages of the apartment is its central location. Within a 5–10 minute walk, you can reach:

• Diocletian’s Palace (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
• Riva waterfront promenade
• Bačvice Beach
• Green Market
• Ferry port (boats to Hvar, Brač & nearby islands)
• Main bus and train station

Everything you need—from historic sights to transport connections—is within easy walking distance.

What You’ll Find Inside

The apartment is fully private and includes:

Sleeping & Living
• Flexible bed setup: King-size or two single beds
• Sofa bed for an additional guest

Kitchen
• Fully equipped kitchen suitable for regular cooking
• Full-size fridge with freezer
• Oven and microwave
• Coffee, kettle, and cooking essentials

Bathroom
• Shower and hair dryer

Comfort & Connectivity
• Air conditioning
• Fast and stable Wi-Fi (optical fibre)
• HD cable TV

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, with weekly replacement for longer stays.

Good to Know Before You Book

We believe clear expectations lead to better stays:

Size & layout
This is a compact apartment (28 m² / 300 ft²), best suited for guests who prioritize location and functionality over spacious interiors.

Natural light
Being on the ground floor, natural light is more limited than in upper-floor apartments.

Bed design
The custom platform bed requires a small step up and features a firm, supportive mattress.

Entrance layout
There are two small interior steps between the hallway and kitchen.

Neighborhood
Radunica is a historic residential area close to the center. While generally calm, you may occasionally hear normal street activity, especially during the busy summer season.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary.

Thomas and his girlfriend are great guests: really friendly, responsive and respectful. They also left our apartment in great conditions. We're pleased to have hosted them and will definitely welcome them again.

Vi var tre tjejer och boendet var perfekt för oss. Nära till både strand och gamla stad. Perfekt!
