Valeria was a great host! Recommended stay.

This was the most well set up stay we have had! And the location was perfect! It had everything you could want, kitchen facilities, pod machine, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. We even borrowed the beach umbrella one day. Also the bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioner is great. Thanks for the stay the host was very sweet and helpful 🙂 also the restaurant reccomended 'restaurant pizzeria Dir' which was nearby had the best food of our trip!

Ottima esperienza! Ho effettuato la prenotazione, quasi all'ultimo momento, la mattina stessa. Valeria mi ha risposto immediatamente, benchè fosse mattina presto, rassicurandomi di poter effettuare il late self check in dopo le ore 21. Attraverso le istruzioni chiare di Valeria ho trovato immediatamente la casa, che si trova in una tranquilla via pedonale, ed il parcheggio a pagamento a pochi passi. La casa è davvero carina e confortevole. Abbiamo potuto visitare il centro storico che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio abbiamo goduto di un soggiorno brevissimo ma perfetto. Grazie Valeria!

Location max 5 mins from old town of Split. Host met me with a smile to hand over the keys, chatted and made me feel at ease in a different environment from that I know.

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es standen sogar diverse Kosmetikartikel wie Duschgel und Sonnencreme zur Verfügung. Wir waren sehr froh über die Fliegengitter und über die sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Unsere Gastgeberin Valeria war sehr herzlich, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und stand auch für Fragen während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut. Wir kamen schnell zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Gleich in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt. Die Gegend, in der das Apartment liegt, ist sehr ruhig. Man kommt in ca. 12 Min zum Bacvice Strand. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am ruhigeren Firule Strand. Wer weiterreist kann zu Fuß zum Busbahnhof oder zum Hafen laufen. Für uns war es perfekt.

Valeria es muy simpática y te da todas las explicaciones que te hagan falta. Contesta rápido a tus mensajes y está muy atenta. El estudio era cómodo, una habitación grande, baño y una cocina con mesa para comer. El acceso es a pie de calle y no hay sitio para aparcar, por lo que hay que ir con previsión para esto. Tenía wifi y 2 televisiones pero sin smart TV . La cocina funcionaba perfectamente y el aseo era nuevo. Venía con todas las comodidades para cocinar, y en el baño te dejan de todo hasta espuma de afeitar y crema solar. Las playas quedan a 15/20 minutos andando. Si lleváis coche de alquiler buscar un sitio ya que nos encontramos el coche con un roce de un vecino y los limpiaparabrisas manipulados. Me imagino que no les harán mucha gracia los turistas pero esto no es culpa de los anfitriones. Solo por la atención de Valeria merece la pena.

Von außen unscheinbar ist es innen komplett neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Zu dritt ist genug Platz. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation auf englisch ist problemlos.

Perfekte Lage, in 10-15min sowohl am Bahnhof, Bushof, in der Altstadt oder auch bei den Fähren für Ausflüge. Grosses, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Valeria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, erwartet einem persönlich auch bei später Ankunft, gibt Tipps für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Ich würde sofort wieder hier buchen.

Valerie was lovely so accommodating. The apartment had everything you needed even to the little touches of coffee milk water in the fridge. The property was clean and tidy and the shower was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. Literally a five minute walk into split old town I would highly recommend this property.

Goede ligging, op 5 min wandelafstand van het oude gedeelte van split. Rustig gelegen maar toch dicht tegen alles. Supermarkt, bakker, uitgang, terrasjes. Valeria de uitbaatster staat klaar als je iets nodig hebt en probeert je te helpen waar maar kan.

El lugar está impecable, ordenado y con todo lo necesario, lo que demuestra preocupación por parte de la anfitriona. Sin embargo su construcción está cómo a 1 metro más bajo y en la zona de dormitorio hay una ventana pequeña desde donde se ve la gente pasar y si estaba abierta la cortina, las personas podrían vernos en las camas. Las 2 camas single están sobre una especie de plataforma lo que no permite ni subirse ni bajarse de la cama en forma normal. Colchón y ropa de cama eran muy incómodas. Tuve que pedir frazada y la anfitriona respondió muy rápido y la llevó. Baño y ducha muy bien. En resumen, creo que el lugar está muy bien, pero no para personas que pueden sentir aversión al encierro. El tamaño y lo cerrado del espacio me dejó una sensación de muy alto el precio en comparación con otros airbnb. La anfitriona muy atenta y eficiente.

Apartment is nicely appointed, cozy, clean, and very convenient walking distance to Old Town and beach locations. Valeria was super helpful and flexible - offered restaurants and a good orientation of the neighborhood and sights of interest.

A lovely place to stay. Area felt safe and really close to all the activities we wanted to do. Owner could not do enough for us, met us at the property and showed us how everything worked, asked us what we were thinking of doing and gave us lots of advice. As it was Easter and some shops were closed they even asked if there was any food we wanted to have in the room on arrival, they even looked at Easter activities for us and gave us directions. Toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge available in room and everything spotless. If we ever came back we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Studio is perfect place for intensive stay in Split and ather place in the vicinity. The Host was very helpful, nice and friendly.

The property's location is ideal as it is less than a 10 minute walk from the Riva and Diocletians palace. The apartment itself is very clean and quaint. Its a little small to hang out in however it is perfect as a resting spot when you are on the go and simply using the apartmentas a place for rest. The owner is very sweet and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Valeria’s apartment! The location is incredibly peaceful, yet just a 3-minute walk from Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva. Free parking can be found around the block, and we were lucky to find a spot right in front of the apartment. Valeria was an excellent communicator, making everything smooth and easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a very interesting and creative use of space and architecture. The internet was very fast, which was a huge plus. A special shoutout to the lighting – there are so many options that allow you to create any atmosphere you want, from cozy and relaxing to bright and vibrant. Overall, a great stay! The property is clean, well maintained and newly renovated - the location is also amazing being only a couple minute walk from Splits old town. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and Valeria provides a booklet with all the local restaurants and points of interest.

Our host was so helpful and accommodating! It was so nice to have a transfer organised and somewhere to store our bags for the day while we waiting to get into our ferry. Great location to be in between beaches and the town. Supermarket very close. Would return !!
