3 Flowers Holiday Rentals (registered as Three Flowers d.o.o. in April 2017) operates a small collection of rooms and apartments in central Split, Croatia — all within 400 metres of Diocletian's Palace, steps from Bačvice Beach, and walking distance from the ferry port, bus station and train station.
We are three women from Hong Kong. Two of us travel regularly to Split and know intimately what makes or breaks a stay abroad. The third — Valeria — has become a Croatian citizen and lived permanently in the Radunica neighbourhood since 2011. This means our local knowledge runs deeper than any guidebook. She checks in every guest personally, knows every shortcut, and can tell you which café is worth the walk and which "sea view" comes with four flights of stairs and no lift.
Our apartments are deliberately chosen: central, low-floor, and in a quiet residential neighbourhood that somehow stays peaceful even in the height of summer. We know that travellers — especially those coming from Hong Kong and Taiwan — often arrive with large suitcases and long journeys behind them. The last thing you need is a climb.
